I am here to help you find your own strength through movement, mindset, and a plan. You will be guided into purposeful movements that create length, tone, and strength to help you move better. 

Available options: 

  • A 5- or 10-session course is available virtually or in the studio.  

  • 5 sessions: Crash course in Pilates essentials and building a foundation for future practice. 

  • 10 sessions: Deep dive into Pilates that sows the seeds for a fundamental long-term transformation.
