Hi, I’m Rinnie! 

ARIN Pilates stands for Align with Rin Pilates. 

I fell in love with Pilates while I was dealing with my own scoliosis and postpartum diastasis recti.  I had practiced Pilates prior to my first pregnancy, but I never fully grasped the fundamental concepts behind it until I was trying to recover from my second delivery. It was then that I delved into Pilates for rehab and body conditioning. I was amazed at the physical changes in my body. It was something that I had never experienced before. Needless to say – I was hooked, and my passion for Pilates grew exponentially.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to the practice and decided to undertake comprehensive training including various courses overseas to enhance my knowledge. Through a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, I combine Pilates with other functional movement modalities to help you unlock your true wellness potential. 

I truly love sharing my knowledge of what, why, and how that lies behind an exercise. To me, combining Pilates and other functional movement modalities works miracles on the body. We can learn a lot about ourselves through our movements. With a deep understanding and conscious movement, you will become stronger and more flexible with a balanced posture. Pilates is also gentle on the joints, so it is safe for people of all ages. 

I want to offer my compassionate presence and a space where you can embody all the experiences and connect to yourself to achieve your transformation. Through your practice, you will fall in love with the way your body moves.
